There’s no party like a private Harlem Cycle party! Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, graduation or any other special event; let us be your host! For an affordable price, you can have your own private studio for you and your friends. Details are listed below. Feel free to contact us for further information!
The cost for a 45-minute class is $325 at the ACP Studio and $450 at the 125th Studio. A 50% deposit will be required to confirm the reservation. The remainder will be due 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
Adam Clayton Powell Studio: For cycling parties a total of TWELVE (12) riders can participate in your class. For mat based parties a total of 15 attendees.
125th Street Studio: For all cycling parties a total of TWENTY FOUR (24) riders can participate in your class.
All party guests will be required to sign the Studio Liability Waiver before participating.
To schedule an event please send the requested date to info@harlem-cycle.com. We will respond with all available time slots on that day.
All private sessions must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance. Contact us at info@harlem-cycle.com to submit your request.
We do not offer refunds for events that are canceled. A credit for the deposit will be applied to the Harlem Cycle account of the cardholder to be used for classes at Harlem Cycle. If you have any questions regarding our refund policy, please contact us.
A rescheduling fee of $75 is applied to all parties that need to be rescheduled once date/time is previously confirmed.
