Our Mission

Resetting the Fitness Standard

Harlem Cycle was born from the belief that fitness is essential, and essential to fitness is belonging.

We are pioneering a new kind of fitness community: one that values body health over body shape, high engagement over high fees, and community over competition. All with the swagger, vibe, and cultural richness of Harlem itself.

  • Culture

From our music to our decor, our studio is filled with the rich culture characterized by the Harlem Renaissance.

  • Community

The feeling of intimacy and community in a small studio where all classes are limited to a max of 20 participants.

  • Commitment

We create powerful and inspirational fitness experiences, bringing all customers closer to their fitness potential.

  • Convenience

With our in studio and at home options, we've taken care of the big things so you can focus on being your best self.

The Power of Community!

There is no competition here, just community. Daily, we serve the teacher, writer, executive, painter, doctor, and everyday people, making them all feel equal and welcomed. Our mission is to create a lasting change through health and wellness while celebrating all bodies and all fitness levels.

Annually we host several community programs that provide an impact to the Harlem Community. Through our Community Wellness events participants not only take donation-based fitness classes, but also hear from nutrition counselors, chefs, meditation experts, and so many more. Proceeds from these events go directly to a designated local charity.
