Harlem Cycle at Home classes are designed for all levels with no special equipment required. If you are just starting out, no equipment is needed. As you get stronger, you can level up with hand weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, and sliders. We recommend a mat or soft surface for abs and floor work.
At this time, in studio class packages can not be used to stream Harlem Cycle at home workouts.
To book a class visit our schedule online, here.
We provide cubbies and a changing area for your convenience. Harlem Cycle is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, including but not limited to any property left on the premises or in a locker or cubbie. Personal items such as backpacks, bags and purses must be kept in a cubby. The staff is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We want to make sure you get off to a strong start and experience all that Harlem Cycle has to offer. All new clients can register for our “New Client’s Deal” here.
We recommend that you make a reservation if you plan to attend a class. We do welcome walk-in riders, but warn you that classes may fill up. To reserve a spot in advance, participants must sign up no later than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. Reservations can be made online, here. For classes before 8:00 a.m., participants must reserve by 12 a.m. midnight.
If you are running late please note after 5 min, we will not be able to let you into the class and this will result in a late cancellation and loss of your class credit.
There is a 6 hour cancellation policy for ALL reservations. If you early cancel your reservation, your session will be returned to your Harlem Cycle account for future use (as long as it is before the expiration date). If you late cancel or no-show for a class, you will lose that session. Exceptions to this rule are only made for health concerns. If you are experiencing any health concerns please email the studio ASAP at info@harlem-cycle.com to cancel your reservation. All monthly packages are subjected to a $10 late cancel fee.
All purchases are nonrefundable. This includes classes, memberships, gear purchases, subscription fees, etc.
Yes. We love when friends and family ride together. For a guest pass you can purchase a single class credit for your guest. If you are a Platinum or Vibranium member guests passes are part of your monthly package.
Unfortunately no. Since a bike was reserved that credit is now gone.
If you fail to show up for a class you’re signed up for, you will forfeit the class credit used to reserve the class. No refunds on payment will be granted. For all unlimited memberships you will be charged a $10 no show fee.
Yes, all memberships can be frozen. To freeze a membership send an email to info@harlem-cycle.com with the dates you need your membership to pause.
Freezing a membership preserves the amount of time between the freeze start date and the next billing period. Therefore if it is 10 days until the next billing date and the membership is frozen for a month, the customer will be billed 10 days after the Freeze End Date.
It is recommended that all expecting mothers consult with a medical professional before exercising. Expecting mothers may take a maternity freeze to suspend their membership for up to 12 months. All maternity freeze requests must be delivered in person or via email to Harlem Cycle managing partners at info@harlem-cycle.com. If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, you are welcome to attend any class and workshops at Harlem Cycle as long as you stick to modified or lighter intensities as outlined by your doctor. It is imperative to inform the instructor that you are pregnant or have recently given birth.
No. Unfortunately, we don’t.
No we do not rent cycling shoes but sell TIEM Athletic shoes in studio. Please stop by the front desk to inquire about our recommended shoes before purchase. If you already own your own cycling shoes, please make sure they have SPD clips. Please note our bikes are equipped for regular athletic shoes. For all combination classes we request you wear your regular athletic shoes once you are off the bike.
Yes children over the age of 12 who are taller than 4’10” can participate in class. All parents of children under 18 will be required to sign a liability waiver before they can enter the studio.
All monthly membership plans can be cancelled before your next auto renewal. To cancel, send an email to info@harlem-cycle.com at least 5 days before your scheduled monthly renewal payment.
All class packages start on the date of purchase. For example a 1 ride class package with an expiration period of 14 days, if purchased on the 1st, will expire on the 13th. Please make sure to check your receipt for your confirmed expiration date.
No class package expiration periods are only calculated by the date of purchase and not the time.
