At Harlem Cycle we believe in a total body workout. Check-out our unique combination cycling and mat based classes that not only include the intensity of cycling but the power of strength, cardio and core training.

Cycling Classes

Harlem Cycle Express (45mins)

Heart pumping non-stop rhythm base workout, with a little bit of something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire!

Reggae Rundown (45mins)

Head out on a journey through the Caribbean without leaving the bike with this simulated ride using socha, reggae, reggaeton and calypso music to get you motivated and ready to conquer fast flats, steady hills, sprints and interval training. Day dreaming of sandy beaches is a must in this class!

Bikes and Bands (45mins)

Looking for a total body workout? We’ve got you covered with our Bikes and Bands class. This class is set to energetic music with a body changing arm workout on the bike. Utilizing resistance bands while on the bike we will sculpt and tone those arms while engaging our core for the complete workout.

Hip-Hop (45mins)

Looking for a night on the town! We’ve got you covered with our Hip Hop Class. This class is set to energetic hip-hop music with body changing movements on the bike. Those 45 minutes will fly by as you exercise to 80s, 90s and today’s Hip Hop music

Striver’s Row (60mins)

Strive your way into your ultimate fitness in this 60-minute full body class that includes 30-minutes on the bike and 30-minutes of circuit training designed to build muscular strength and stamina. After a packed 30-minute bike ride, you’ll ditch the bike, grab your sneakers and your weights and hit the floor for a leaner, toner, fitter you. Make sure to grab your cycling shoes + sneakers in this class. No cycling shoes, no problem but sneakers is a must to safely enjoy the full class.

Harlem One Stop (60mins)

Come on in for the ride that will give you a great mix of aerobic and anaerobic training. If you like to experience the “heat” of interval training, this class is for you! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. After you ride…you lie…on the mat that is! Intense spinning followed by 15 minutes of core training on the mat. Make sure to grab your cycling shoes + sneakers in this class. No cycling shoes, no problem but sneakers is a must to safely enjoy the full class.

Spin Cycle (80mins)

This 80 minute class is the ultimate in endurance and strength training. Rotating between two instructors, clients get the best of two full classes consisting of indoor cycling and power and strength. Let our Hip Hop, Reggae, Reggaeton, and Afro beats help power you between the bike and floor. The best part of the Spin Cycle experience is the results. This class will take your results to a new level. We suggest starting with our Strivers Row class before jumping into Spin Cycle.

Mat-based Workouts

Harlem Sculpt (45mins)

Harlem Sculpt is a 45-minute total body conditioning class using low impact HIIT and strength training movements to improve balance, coordination, and core stability. You’ll mold your thighs, seat, arms, and abs to a healthier, stronger you. Harlem Sculpt is an excellent complement to any of our spinning classes, working opposing muscle groups, decreasing injury, and increasing range of motion.

Cardio Strength (45mins)

A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Both low and high intensity modifications are provided throughout the class.

Cardio Circuit (45mins)

Cardio Circuit is a Total Body Circuit training class that includes a rigorous interval training sequence with high and low intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance all while using just body weight. Class sequence consists of cardio exercises, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.

Cardio Core (45mins)

Enjoy this great mix of cardio and core training. If you like to experience the “heat” of circuit training, this class is for you! This workout features nontraditional core and cardio exercises to prevent boredom. You’ll perform some standing and some on the floor, but all of them will hit every inch of your core.
