Private Parties


There’s no party like a private Harlem Cycle party! Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, graduation or any other special event; let us be your host! For an affordable price, you can have your own private studio for you and your friends. Details are listed below. Feel free to contact us for further information!


The cost for a 45-minute class is $325. A 50% deposit will be required to confirm the reservation. The remainder will be due 14 days prior to the scheduled event.


A total of FOURTEEN (14) riders can participate in your class. All new riders must sign the Studio Liability Waiver. A list of all names and email addresses will be due 7 days prior to the scheduled event.


To schedule an event please send requested date to info@harlem-cycle.com. We will respond with all available time slots on that day.


All private sessions must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance. Contact us at info@harlem-cycle.com to submit your request.

We do not offer refunds for events that are canceled. A credit for the deposit will be applied to the Harlem Cycle account of the cardholder. If you have any questions regarding our refund policy, please contact us.

Wellness Events


Harlem Cycle is committed to providing a holistic approach to wellness. Through our monthly Wellness events participants not only take a fitness class but also hear from nutrition counselors, chefs, meditation experts and so many more. Check our schedule for the next Wellness Event series.

Master Class


Are you a certified instructor? Are you looking for a space to share your talents with your clients? Then contact the Harlem Cycle team at info@harlem-cycle.com. We give fitness professionals a space to share their unique class formats in a small group setting.  Our space is designed for all class formats in addition to cycling.


A: Our studio offers complimentary fresh fruit, towels and bottled water for each class. In addition, we sell juices and other beverages for your convenience.
A: We provide cubbies and a changing area for your convenience. Harlem Cycle is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, including but not limited to any property left on the premises or in a locker or cubbie. Personal items such as backpacks, bags and purses must be kept in a cubby. The staff is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
A: Unfortunately No, we do not have a shower available at this time.
A: We want to make sure you get off to a strong start and experience all that Harlem Cycle has to offer. All new clients can register for our “New Client’s Deal” of 50% off your first class through our website at www.harlem-cycle.com.
A: We recommend that you make a reservation if you plan to attend a class. We do welcome walk-in riders, but warn you that classes may fill up. To reserve a spot in advance, participants must sign up no later than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. Reservations can be made online here . For classes before 8:00am, participants must reserve by 12 mid-night.
A: If you are running late please give the studio a call and we will hold bikes for up to 7 minutes after class starts.
A: Participants have until 90 minutes before class begins to cancel their reservation. If a client is not present at the start of the class, they forfeit their spot and the front desk team may offer their bike to a client on the waitlist. Participants who cancel or do not show up within 7 mins of the start of class will be charged the total class cost.
A: All classes are non-refundable.
A: If you fail to show up for a class you’re signed up for, you will forfeit the class credit used to reserve the class. No refunds on payment will be granted.
A: All Harlem Cycle class reservations and class packages are non-transferable.
A: You’re going to SWEAT! Appropriate athletic attire is recommended. Generally, this consists of athletic pants or shorts, and a t-shirt, sweatshirt or tank top. Shorts must be long enough to cover the buttocks and groin area when exercising or moving. Supportive underwear are recommended. Hard-soled, closed-toe athletic shoes or cycling shoes are recommended for all spinning classes.
A: It is recommended that all expecting mothers consult with a medical professional before exercising. Expecting mothers may take a maternity freeze to suspend their membership for up to 12 months. All maternity freeze requests must be delivered in person or via certified mail to Harlem Cycle managing partners. If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, you are welcome to attend any class and workshops at Harlem Cycle as long as you stick to modified or lighter intensities. It is imperative to inform the instructor that you are pregnant or have recently given birth.
A: No. Unfortunately, we don’t.
A: Unfortunately, no we do not rent cycling shoes. However please note our bikes are equipped for regular athletic shoes. If you already own your own cycling shoes please make sure they have SPD clips. For all combination classes we request you wear your regular athletic shoes once you are off the bike.
A: Yes children over the age of 12 who are taller than 4’10” can participate in class. All parents of children under 18 will be required to sign a liability waiver before they can enter the studio.
